Descriptive Statistics is such an important part of Data Science journey. Mean, Median, Mode, Variance, Standard deviation, first and third quartiles and range being the most frequently used during Exploratory Data analysis to get a better understanding of data.

In this tutorial, we will try to understand what each of these important terms mean, and how are they calculated.

If we are able to interpret these numbers from the data, we get a fair bit of understanding about the data.
