FRUSTRATION! You want to create contrast between foreground text and a background-image in your CSS. But something is going horribly wrong! You try reducing the opacity on the background-image but it affects the foreground text as well. In this web development tutorial, we learn how to solve this problem using some CSS tricks: pseudo-elements, stacking context, and absolute and relative positioning.
