This is the 3rd edition of Functional Python Programming by Steven F. Lott, and I briefly discuss this book, why you may want to own it, and what makes it such a fun read. Functional programming is different, and I was very grateful to have this book as a guide. My favorite part of this book is all the super examples that help make the concepts and ideas concrete. If you are into elegant and beautifully designed code, then I am sure you will enjoy functional programming and especially functional programming in Python.
