Hey guys, this is the fifth video for my Python's tutorial course for beginners. We will be covering all the basics about Python including installing and setting up the development environment, variables, data structures, iterations, conditionals, operators, error handlings, functions, classes and many more. The aim for this tutorial is to provide with a solid foundation layer for Python and programming in general so that we can proceed to more advanced level Python tutorials and also look into different application areas of using Python such as web development and data science.
In this video, I'm going to talk about the numbers in Python.
So Python has three data types for numbers: integer, float, and complex. Also there is the boolean data type derived from integer data type. In this video, we will go through each one of the data types listed above with some examples showing the basic arithmetic operations including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, modular division, floor division, and exponents. Also, we will briefly talk about equality operator (==) and its usage. And toward the end of the video, we will learn about absolute and round methods to use them with numbers.
