LEAN-Solution Workshops – Optimize production processes
RK Rose+Krieger, your expert for ergonomic lean (assembly) workstations, now also offers one-day LEAN Solution workshops in which your employees actively participate in workplace development. Our aim is to reduce waste, shorten throughput times through one-piece flow and increase productivity. Our specialist LEAN consultants work with your affected employees to analyze the production and logistics at the current workplace and then develop a concept for the future lean workplace. With the help of cardboard engineering, we jointly implement a realistic simulation of the concept as a 1:1 scale model made of wood and cardboard. Employees can produce at this cardboard workstation and improve it until everyone involved is satisfied with the processes and results. We optimize the material flow, the dimensions of the load carriers and the ergonomics of material provision, all of which are tailored precisely to your individual needs.
