Come learn how to make this circular halftone pattern in Adobe Illustrator. Actually it doesn't need to be circles even! Make it with squares, make it with fish, make it with lines; the technique is the same.

In this tutorial, you will learn to use the:
Move tool
Duplicate tool
Blend tool

You will have to modify this shape a little bit in order for it to work properly and look seamless, but at least no math is involved.
This technique will work in Adobe Illustrator CC and Illustrator CS6 and below.
