How to Install WordPress Plugin Using WP-CLI Part-3
This is part-3 (How to Install a Plugin Using WP-CLI ) of the "How to install a WordPress plugin manually" series.
Previously, we have shown the processes of installing a plugin using a ZIP file and FTP server.
Before you begin, you must have WP CLI and XAMPP installed on your PC.
Although we have discussed the process in this video, the description will help you with the command lines.

Roll your eyeballs on the following steps while you are watching this video for the best help -
⚡️ Step 1:
First, check the version of WP CLI.
Inside this directory - (C: \ xampp\htdocs\wordpress\wp-content\plugins)
Press the (Windows Key + R) together to open the command prompt.
Type the following command -
“wp - -info”
You will show the version of WP CLI if it is installed on your PC. Now type the following line and press Enter -
"cls" (This will clear the window)
⚡️ Step 2:
Now type -
“wp plugin install (Plugin Name)”
[Type the plugin name that you want to install]
For a successful installation, you will get the following output -
“plugin installed successfully”
⚡️ Step 3:
Now, to activate the plugin type the following command -
“wp plugin activate (Plugin Name)”
This will activate the plugin on your WordPress site.
