In this video I’m demonstrating how to build a simple calculator in Python. I think it’s an easy and relatable demo that a lot of people can use to understand simple coding concepts such as variables and functions.

This is a quick 5 minute video that’ll show you how to build a calculator in Python (addition function only - but is repeatable). This is the first step in the line of videos for the calculator tutorial. We should get to the point of using an interface for it as well. This is a single page of scripting without any imported modules or external resources. Please follow along and we’ll get to completing the console calculator in the next video.
