Github: How to auto request PR reviews ( Code Owners for Pull Requests )
How to automatically request Pull Request reviews from a specific user when a new pull request is created. This tutorial utilises codeowners to obtain this.
Instructions:
Created a folder called ".github", add a file called "CODEOWNERS" and add the rules and users you wanna tag.

Note if you are using Github Free, this will only work for public repo's.
