The Shell Creator comes with 18 floor textures, 13 wall textures, multiple lights, stairs, windows and many more props to allow for the ultimate creativity when creating new shells. All props are under 12mb! Meaning that your players will not have to download tens of megabytes for each shell

Does this really work with any housing script?
Yes! Shells created using our Shell Creator will work with any Housing script which utilizes IPLs or Shells (or both)!

Additionally its not exclusive to housing scripts. As you can easily use these with any other scripts such as garages or jobs, want to use it without any addon scripts? Simply use our teleporter options to instantly setup teleporters to your custom shells to allow players to go inside them

Flexible Permissions
The full permissions system is public. Meaning that you can set it up exactly however you want. Admin tool by default, can easily be adapted to work as anything you'd like.

Optimization
The shells are stored in the database in a highly compressed and optimized manner to save on storage as well as Network traffic. Furthermore the shells are dynamically spawned and despawned when needed. The script runs at a near constant 0.00-0.01ms when not actively editing a Shell. This ensures server and client stability as well as prevents any entity limits from being reached
