3D simulation engine
This is a demo of a new 3D simulation capability which has been in development for 2 years and will be launched in 2024.
It uses LiDAR and BIM models to accurately model RF propagation in urban environments. Material attenuation and reflections can be user defined.
Demo 1 is a BIM model for Paris showing RF going through arches and reflecting from street furniture / clutter.
Demo 2 is a BIM model for a Subway station showing multipath going down tunnels and up stairs before failing.
Demo 3 is the same model visualised on a phone using open standards
