Configuring web server security for access over https
This video deals with configuring "WEB SERVER SECURITY FOR ACCESS OVER https"
Most of the websites today in the world of internet are hosted on apache web server..........similarly we do use apache2 web server and secure the traffic using few Secure Socket Layer or SSL certificates.
Apache is freely available......it is distributed under opensource licence....Hence anyone can easily use it.
NOTE: Since this video is recorded using ubuntu 17.04 flavor...commands like systemctl are used.....if you are using ubuntu 14.04 then, please use the commands....
service apache2 restart
*service apache2 status
--- If you are using 15.04 or 15.10 versions, use the commands
systemctll restart apache2.service
systemctl status apache2.service
--- If you are using ubuntu 16 or above versions use...
systemctl restart apache2
systemctl status apache2
