Getting Started with Supabase Database
When you create a Supabase project, you get a whole Postgres database with a REST API server sitting in front of it. In this video, you will learn the basic database features of Supabase, and how to access them from the client libraries. A DevRel Engineer / dshukertjr walks you through various options when creating a table, what a foreign key constraint is, and how to query them, views, database functions, and index advisors.
Whatever framework you are working with, you can apply the same or similar syntax to your client-side code to interact with the database similarly.
If you are just getting started with Supabase or Postgres, or have only been vibe-coding with it, this video will be helpful.
