This course is designed to provide a basic introduction to various topics within information and data science. The course is designed by working scientists with teaching experience.
Introductory lectures will provide an introduction to all the foundational concepts assuming no more than 10th standard mathematics. Subsequent streams at more advanced levels will be added later.
All course material and problem sets will be provided by the lecturers, or will use resources freely available on the web.
The various streams of this school can be followed from the beginning with nothing more than 10th standard mathematics, and a willingness to learn and spend time mastering the material.
