Java Tutorials Character Data type and Boolean Data Type

In this video you will get to learn about the Character and Boolean data type. As i have told you in my earlier videos that their are eight types of data types available with java .Till now i have told you about 6 data types the last two data types left are Boolean and Character.
Boolean data type is the simplest data type. Its size is not precisely defined . This data type is used only to save result of any conditional statement or iterative statement. It can be used to store a result which is either true or false. Boolean data type is very easy to use also we just need to type the key word Boolean and give the variable name.
Character data type is used to represent all the character values like alphabets special characters and etc. This data type is used to store Unicode character values. The ASCII code has a range of 0 to 127 but Unicode has a range of 0 to 255 characters. Character Data type can represent a large variety of variables.
