LTE attach procedure is the procedure in which the UE registers to the network, and creates the EPS Bearer between the UE and the PGW, in order to be able to send and receive data, to and from the PDN.
In the LTE architecture, bearers are the tunnels used to connect the user equipment to Packet Data Networks (PDNs) such as the Internet. In practice, bearers are concatenated tunnels that connect the user equipment to the PDN through the Packet Data Network Gateway (P-GW).
The UE initiates TAU procedure if the eNodeB releases the RRC connection with a cause 'Load Balancing TAU Required'. When UE-specific DRX cycle is updated. Indicating that the UE has selected a Closed Subscriber Group (CSG) cell whose CSG Identity is not included in the UE's allowed CSG list.
