In this video you will learn to step by step guide to write and run python code in Visual Studio Code:
1. Install Visual Studio Code: If you haven't already, download and install Visual Studio Code from the official website: https://code.visualstudio.com/
2. Install Python: Ensure you have Python installed on your computer.
If not, download and install it from the official Python website: https://www.python.org/downloads/
3. Install Python Extension for VS Code:
Open VS Code, and in the Extensions view (you can find it on the left sidebar), search for "Python" and install the official Python extension
provided by Microsoft.
4. Create a Python File: Open VS Code, click on "File" in the top menu, and select "New File" to create a new file. Save it with a .py extension
5. Write Python Code: You can start writing Python code in your .py file.
For example, you can create a simple "Hello, World!" program
6. Run Python Code: You can run your Python code directly from VS Code.
To do this, simply right-click in the code editor and select "Run Python File in Terminal".
