Welcome to the showcase of our Stock Data Visualization Web Application! In this video, we'll demonstrate the key features and functionalities of our project, built using ReactJS for the frontend and Django for the backend, and deployed seamlessly with Netlify and PythonAnywhere.
🚀 Project Overview:
This web application visualizes stock data from a JSON file, loaded into an SQL database, providing an interactive experience for users to manage and analyze stock information.
📊 Key Features:
1. Table Visualization:
Displays stock data in a table format on the homepage.
Editable table rows for direct data updates.
Pagination implemented to handle large datasets, displaying 5 rows per page.
2. CRUD Operations:
Full support for Create, Read, Update, and Delete operations on the stock data.
3. Line and Bar Chart Visualizations:
Line chart visualizes 'close' column data over time.
Bar chart visualizes 'volume' column data.
Combined multi-axis chart for enhanced data analysis.
Dropdown menu for filtering chart data by trade_code.
4. Additional Data Visualization:
Extra dropdown menu to select and visualize other columns (High, Low, Open).
Provides a comprehensive view of the stock data.
🌐 Deployment:
Frontend:Deployed on Netlify for a smooth and responsive user experience.
Backend: Deployed on PythonAnywhere ensuring robust data handling and API management.

Overcoming the learning curve of ReactJS and Django.
