Using the new commands I managed to create some reliable and compact clocks!

Commands:
10s: summon FallingSand ~ ~1.5 ~ {TileID:152,Motion:[0.0,0.4,0.0]}
9s: summon FallingSand ~ ~1.5 ~ {TileID:152,Motion:[0.0,0.35,0.0]}
8s: summon FallingSand ~ ~1.5 ~ {TileID:152,Motion:[0.0,0.3,0.0]}
7s: summon FallingSand ~ ~1.5 ~ {TileID:152,Motion:[0.0,0.25,0.0]}
6s: summon FallingSand ~ ~1.5 ~ {TileID:152,Motion:[0.0,0.2,0.0]}
