Pure CSS: Hover Card Effect
Create a hover card using pure, simple, and familiar CSS. The process uses one line of code, where a holding container targets another internally nested container via the hover pseudo class. When a user hovers over the container, the internal card's properties are changed (opacity, height, colours etc), depending on which properties you want to target.
