Python casefold
Within Python, discover casefold, a string method that converts a string to a case-insensitive format. The casefold string method in Python is best suited for caseless comparison, rather than using it to convert strings to lowercase. The casefold string method in Python works similar to the lower string method, but it is more aggressive as it removes all case distinctions in a string. For example, the micro sign: µ (unicode U+00B5) casefolds to the lowercase greek letter mu: μ (unicode U+03BC)
