In this short video, We discuss about some OS concepts related to distributed and parallel systems, particularly processes and threads, differences, similarities between them and we talk about multi threaded versus single threaded clients and servers, the anatomy of clients and servers, their implementation and what their architectures look like in today's modern distributed systems. We will defer clustered servers and client architectures to a later class.
