VRChat - Initializing and Black Screen Loop Problem

A demonstration of the problem with VRChat that I've been encountering for the last couple of weeks (loading and initializing parts are sped up x4 times to keep the video shorter).

Most of the time, if I just create an instance of a world or join a public one, everything's fine (though it still happens time to time).

But the moment I try to join someone or enter someone's portal, this happens. Even if it's the same world (as shown in the video)! And it just keeps repeating forever, until I close and restart the game.

Doesn't matter what world or what friend it is: it can be any world and any friend, I've just chosen this world for the video, as all of my friends happened to be in it at the moment of recording.

Same happens in both VR and Non-VR version, on a different PC, with or without the Vive Trackers. Some days, surprisingly, are totally fine. I haven't noticed any patterns in what I do or don't do.

I have tried all the steps, recommended by the VRChat support, including, but not limited to:

Forcing the IPv6 DNS servers, or disabling IPv6
Disabling any firewalls I have on my computer (I only use the standard Windows one)
Using the Ethernet cable (I'm not crazy enough to even try playing VRChat on Wi-Fi)
Using a different DNS Server (tried 1.1.1.1 and 8.8.8.8)
Renewing the IP and restarting the router
Reinstalling the game

I've yet to find a solution.
