*Workflow has changed slightly in newer versions of Blender 2.90.
When using the "Align to transform orientation" you have to check the popup in the down right corner and choose the oriention you want to use.
Default is now "view" and that wont work. Anoying but easy to adjust to once learned.*

Screencast keys activated so i hope its followable..
I dont know if its the best or most "correct" method but since no one else seems to have made a tutorial about this i thought i try.

Also i show one way how to set the scene scale by creating a cube
with some mesurement that can be compared to objects in scene and then scaling the scene to it.

These corrections might already be built as functions in the plugin but as there are no video instructions from the creator for it i dont know how to use it.
I read the documentation for the addon and there are alot of interesting things like this below that will improve accuracy.

"After Effects does not provide animation curve or interpolation data. Curves and interpolation must be manually set in Blender, or baked down in After Effects. A cheat to "baking down" keyframes in After Effects is to use the Wiggler tool. Select each channel individually, set the Wiggler's frequency to your composition's frame rate (remember to add decimals with frame rates such as 23.976), set the magnitude to zero and press apply. When copied into Blender all of the curves and interpolation will be preserved, albiet much harder to edit."

My head starts to feel overloaded as usual after a while hehe. Time to take a break for so might not upload for a while.
