What is cell reference locking? It's when you use dollar signs ($) to signal to Google Sheets that you want to fix, or lock a cell reference. How and when do you need this?

In this video, I give a quick overview of cell reference locking. This is specifically oriented around dragging formulas around the spreadsheet, but has many applications, including conditional formatting, arrayformulas, etc.
