WordPress 3.1 Admin Bar Plugin
With this Plugin you can easily show/hide the new WordPress 3.1 admin bar. A lot of users don't really like this new feature and seek a way to turn it off. This can be done globally via the WordPress configuration file, or on a per user basis in the WordPress admin.
However, this Plugin allows you to minimise the the admin bar, and show it whenever you wish by clicking on a small tab at the top left of the screen. This means you no longer have to seek a way to turn it off, it is unobtrusive but there if you need it!
