OneTick provides in memory analytics to optimize query performance.

Typically, this includes time series data: the latest state of a market or so in a state of world, and in memory caches of analytical output.

Time series data can be both the last days of data streamed into the platform plus predefined accelerated data sets that are calculated from historic activity, which might be historic bars. It could be stats calculated over the last few days. Let's say ADV historic volatility, that kind of thing.

Each of the in memory analytical options allows latency sensitive analytical requests to be served from memory without ever having to hit disk.
