steps :
1. Open vscode studio
2. Type the code and in new terminal install PyPDF2 using command "pip install PyPDF2"
3. Select file path from files which is in format pdf. and copy and paste in file = file path.
4. Then encrypted file is created in terminal files open that enter the pass word to open that.
5. PDF locked
