After Effects Proxy Workflow Tutorial
In this Adobe After Effects tutorial I show you how to create proxy files. If you working on a network and your video files are stored on the network and After Effects slows down, then it's always good practice to use smaller proxy files and store them on your local drive. This will speed up your After Effects compositing and once you are ready to render your final video from After Effects, disable your proxy so that After Effects uses the original high quality file from the network or other share.
