Create Login Form Tutorial - VB.NET Forms
This is a basic video tutorial on how to create a simple Login Form in VB.NET connecting to SQL Server Database.
Steps:
Design the Form, Drag and Drop Label, Textbox and Button from the Toolbox
Enter the source code for Database Connection
Create the SQL statement
Use a Data Adapter to execute SQL statement
Use a DataSet to hold the result of the SQL statement
Check the DataSet rows/record count to determine if the login credentials are valid
Note: This is just a simple tutorial, no password encryption. I will introduce password encryption on my next video tutorials.
