About Gradient Descent:
To implement Gradient Descent from scratch, follow these steps:

1) Define your cost function and its gradient.
2) Initialize your parameters.
3) Set your learning rate and number of iterations.
4) In a loop for the specified number of iterations:
4.1: Calculate the gradient of the cost function with respect to the parameters.
4.2: Update the parameters using the gradient and the learning rate.
5) Return the final parameters as the result.
