I wrote a program in Python that scans the Minecraft server logs and sends a notification to Discord whenever someone logs in or out of our server. This is a highly customizeable program that can also scan the logs for really anything you want.

Systemd Service:

Description=Minecraft Discord Notifier
After=network.target

[Service]
User=pi
WorkingDirectory=/path/to/directory/
ExecStart=/usr/bin/python3 /path/to/program/directory/program.py
