https://enscrypt.io/php-source-code-e... - Php Obfuscation - In this video, a previously obfuscated php project is tested to confirm its tamper resistance capability. Before proceeding with the test, we first validate (through a web browser) the obfuscated php project works.
Then, we make changes to one of the php scripts in the protected project.
First change: Add an extra space to one of the obfuscated php script (index.php) in the protected project. After this first change, we tested the php project again from a browser and validated it malfunctioned, as expected.
Second change: Replaced one of the characters in the same php script. Tested the php project once again, confirmed the project malfunctioned, as desired.
This video is meant to demonstrate what happens when a enScrypt.io protected php code is tampered with. If an unauthorized modification is made to an obfuscated php script, the protected code will cease to function, and depending on user preferences, a series of additional calls may be made to ensure the mischievous user is identified.
