Simple steps to comment and uncomment part of ur code in vs code :
1. Ctrl + a for selection all part of ur code and
shift + arrows for selected part of ur code.
2. Ctrl + / ( control and forward splash) for comment ur selected part and
then again first and second step for uncommenting .
