Alias "+ctap" "+duck; wait [change]; -duck;wait 0; +jump; +attack; wait 14; -attack; -jump"
bind [key] "+ctap"

1. Cap your FPS
2. Tweak the "[change]" value until you are still butter knifing the ground and jumping. If you don't butterknife the ground the value is too low.
