Step 1: Install Languages using Extension Manager
Step 2: Create a new Content Language with unique parameters for each languages you chosen
Step 3: Enable Language Filter Plugin
Step 4: Create a new Language Switcher Module
Step 5: Create a new Category and Article for both languages
Step 6: Create a Menu for the new language
