Learn how to build an animated gradient border with pure CSS.
In this video, I show how to create a glowing gradient border effect easily. No JavaScript, just modern CSS.
This effect is built with 3 simple layers:
the card content
one layer for the animated gradient border
one blurred layer for the glow
