In this video we will see how to create a simple scrolling effect using just HTML & CSS. We will not use any JavaScript or any other technology.
Smooth Scrolling Effect is very useful as it creates an visually good website & allows smooth scrolling through our website.
It makes working of our website smooth thus making the user interested in our site.
The normal scroll works in bits & pieces, but with smooth scroll you can create one scroll that does not break.
