Function timeout: 900 seconds (15 minutes) - NOT adjustable
Memory range: 128 MB - 10,240 MB
Maximum layers: 5 per function
Async retries: 2 automatic retries (3 total attempts)

Destinations: SQS, SNS, Lambda, or EventBridge (success AND failure)
CPU scales with memory (more memory = more CPU)
