Intermediate SQL Tutorial | Date Functions in SQL Server
In this training video, we highlight some of the most commonly used date functions available in SQL Server (and other SQL platforms), including extracting date parts, creating a date from parts with datefromparts, adding and substracting days and months using dateadd, casting columns in date format, and getting the number of days or months between 2 dates with datediff.
