FTL Mod: Tutorial Overkill

The tutorial has now become (almost?) impossible to complete successfully, due to the sudden advancement of weapon technology to the rebels.

This uses an old version of the Ion Beam Mod, which cuts and disables pretty much all the systems. It's no longer available as a weapon slot, but instead replaces the artillery slot for the Federation Cruiser. Typically overpowered, for a beam that can bypass the shield by disabling it on contact.
