To set up the development environment you need to install 3 important tools:
Node.js - Angular requires an active LTS or maintenance LTS version of Node.js.
Angular CLI - Angular command line interface
Visual Studio Code - Cross-platform source-code editor made by Microsoft.

You will also learn how to create a new Angular application and run the project locally using Angular CLI (Command-Line-Interface).
