In this video about php7 for absolute beginners i will learn you about basic syntax and how comments will working in php7, you use comments to put "comment" into your code so orther developers understand what you do and why but its can be a reminder to you self also.

personaly i code after "self document code" its mean i'm not using comments so much, but when you are new to eg. php or orther developer languages i will recommend to start using comments and later go away from comment you code so you can build much stronger code an easyer to read.
