Creator Studio Upload Bug

I was trying to upload a video and encountered this bug:
I was uploading a video, then attempted to upload a second video, which processed before the first. Therefore, I clicked 'add an end screen' which tried to redirect me but couldn't because the other video was still processing in the same tab. The tab was then frozen, with no way to interact with it, including no way to click the 'send feedback' button, hence I couldn't make a typical bug report.
Hope youtube can fix this!
A positive side note:
The first video was able to continue uploading after I closed the tab, and the second video was successfully uploaded.

Steps to Reproduce this Issue:
1/ Upload a long video
2/ Upload a shorter video in the same tab before it uploads
3/ When the short video has finished processing, but the long video is still uploading, click 'add end screen' in the short video.
4/ If you don't proceed with the redirect, or no dialogue box is displayed, the tab becomes unusable and you cannot continue with either video.
