Hello Everyone ! This is my new video. Here, I have explained how to make news notifier within 6 lines of code.
Here I have used two python modules :

1.) Feedparser
2.) Win10toast

What is RSS?
RSS stands for Rich Site Summary and uses standard web feed formats to publish
frequently updated information: blog entries, news headlines, audio, video.

An RSS document (called “feed”, “web feed”, or “channel”) includes full or
summarized text, and metadata, like publishing date and author’s name.

Feedparser is a Python library that parses feeds in all known formats, including
Atom, RSS, and RDF. It runs on Python 2.4 all the way up to 3.3.

To create notifications we have to import the win10toast module. Then create an object to ToastNotifier class and by using the method show_toast we create a notification. It contains header or title of that notification, actual message, duration of that notification and icon for that notification. show_toast method is a instance of notification settings.

If you are using Linux or Mac :
Use plyer module for desktop notification
