HARRY POTTER WAND MAGIC EFFECT (After Effects + Trapcode Particular Tutorial)
In this episode of VFX Breakdown we show you how we created our own version of the Harry Potter Wand Magic Effect using After Effects and Red Giant's Trapcode Particular Plugin. For the light flares we used Video Copilot's Optical Flares Plugin. For the environment plates we used 3D models purchased from CGTrader and textures from Poliigon and rendered using Blender.
