Steps to get Twilio Working:
Start running your flask app that you made using the code at link (https://www.twilio.com/docs/sms/tutor.... The flask app will run to port 5000. Then after you download ngrok (https://ngrok.com/download) go to your ngrok folder in your powershell or terminal and write `ngrok http 5000`. I t will connect to port 5000 and you will be able to send text messages to your number.
