so to do this simple trick you just need a basic knowledge about HTML and CSS3 animations and effects, You may see a lot of websites pre-loaders while you're surfing on the net but you need to know that most of them are basing on the same concept. if you understand it then you can create your own spinner with customizable CSS3 effects.
