I often hear that I'm not ready for interviews/jobs yet, that I still need to study.

What does a junior developer NEED to do?

Go through 2-3 technical interviews, probably fail them, but also write down the questions, understand what's being asked in the market today, and learn them.

Sounds simple, right?

But 90% of people don't even start due to fear/insecurity/lack of preparation, and you just need to start taking targeted actions.
