Shape Layer time remap hack + expression
Using the time remap tool can be handy to output the exact frame you want, but it doesn't work on Shape Layers, with this quick video I teach you some great expression skills, and a little hack to do something similar. Plus you don't have to be afraid of expressions, they are fun.
Here is the expression. key(clamp(effect("Slider Control")("Slider"),1,numKeys))
